EMILY DAIL
Emily Dail is a New York City based dancer with a huge passion for movement and community. Originally from Charleston, SC, Emily danced at Charleston County School of the Arts and Creative Edge Dance Center. Upon moving to NYC, Emily attended Marymount Manhattan College getting her BFA in Dance, and worked with several choreographers including Peter Chu. Most recently, Emily had the honor of performing Celia Rowlson-Hall's newest dance film in collaboration with Miu Miu that Mona Fastvold film directed and Amanda Seyfried starred in. Over the summer, Emily got to be in Al Blackstone’s latest work on film, "Crapshooters Ballet". She has also had the honor of assisting Chelsea Thedinga's work on Joffrey NYC Jazz and Contemporary Trainees, as well as Steps on Broadway Performance Project. While freelancing in NYC, Emily has been so grateful to work for several choreographers such as Akira Uchida, Stacey Tookey, Lucy Vallely, Al Blackstone, Chelsea Thedinga, and Heather Lang.
